I'm just binge watching to get caught up on this build. Love it!!! One of my favorite channels. You're a mega talent no doubt. I have to ask, and I apologize if I'm not the first to notice, but did anyone else see the, "Such a gay build" written on the end of the box steel at about 16:52? Gotta love your ball busting pals. Mine are no different lol. Keep up the incredible work.

I'm a far better machinist than bodyman, but if your bandsaw is cutting like that, the blade is trashed... Love watching your content though, it's an inspiration to my projects!

I'm a bit late to the post but see some are suggesting fish plates on those rails or gusts,I entirely agree a weld is not sufficient on it's own in my opinion and I've been welding cars up for over 40 years......just sayin not knocking loving what they are doing

your frame will be just grating don't let the people tell it to heavy I doing cars for 40 years and I will be doing the same thing as you are all Insee is a good start to a car you like after all set up you see you are doing a good job all the steel you cut out of the car was way yo lite from you know cars like it fold up and are junk keep up the good work if I can help you get back to me I on here all the time I can see one or two things you will need to do but you will see them soon as you move forward don't let the people who have never made a car tell you are doing it wrong keep going

If your band saw isn't cutting straight you need to slow the feed rate up or slow how fast the band is going through the metal. With that boxed tube it needs to be extremely slow. Probably take 10 minutes to cut through that straight.

Very proud of you, enjoy watching your channel and remember, the only people that don't make mistakes are the ones that do nothing! Also you should be able to adjust the wheels on you bandsaw to make it cut straight. Look at the Ellis brand bandsaw, 1600 dual mitering head, the blade head rotates 45 degrees. Very professional tool for pros like you!

G'day G-man, I really hate giving advice but you really need to adjust the guides for your band saw. Adjust them closer to the material getting cut. If your not sure what I am talking about, there the parts where you can see the bearings and they keep the blade from twisting therefore keeping one's cuts on line. Hope this helps. Cheers mate and keep up the awsome job. Billyz

You should move your rails more on the outside of the car. Because your seats (or your head) are going to hit on the roof when those rails are just under them.

I agree with V Tuned about the weight. The car has a going to have some ridiculous horsepower so you need to weigh those horses down a bit. You don't want the car to spin from the rear. Amazing creation Vtuned. Keep up the work and I can't wait to see rip some road.

How thick could one get? Will it work?... maybe you should test it! Too heavy? If it does not break it is probably to heavy... or could be made lighter.

Wait a Minute Sonny, With the Frame Rails running THROUGH the Passenger Compartment, How do you plan on not poking your head out through the roof. The Floor in a 66 Mustang Sits approximately 6" Below the bottom door lip. You Need to drop that frame Rail that goes all the way back, down 6 inches

You over heated the blade. First few times you didn't use oil, but then started to. You should be able to adjust it. Or get a new blade. The key is to not press down hard. Let the blade do the work.

With those frame rails you won't need subframe connectors like every adds to their old Mustangs. However, it looks like the installed height is above the floor pan. Those rails are going to be in the passenger compartment.

Take a look at Equus Bass 770, maybe you get some inspiration form it. There are some pictures on the internet with its frame and structure, maybe that helps a bit. If it was me, i'd make my car look like the Equus 770 (interior, front grill, rear lights). Keep up the good work!
