bending any metal or steel weakens it regardless of how straight it looks. Once metal is bent it rarely if ever has the needed strength that is required. Great you are trying to make pieces of scrap into something useful but its a bad way to do things better to scrap the whole car sell of and recycle parts. Someone is going to get stuck with a car where the metal has been compromised this leads to catastrophic failure at some point

make a 996 "rauhwelt" bodystyle from Akira Nakai and you will make history and 100k subs. check out sydney hoffmann on the original parts are very expensive but you can copy the style with aftermaket parts. and try to get whatever you can original parts from the scrabyard. (original is extremly expensive) dont use cheap aftermarket chinese made parts. speacially on the drivetrain. the performance can drop dramatically. you won`t regret! regards from porschecountry

and check the "Y" batterie cable from the generator/starter to batterie for corrosion! the charging voltage should be clearly above 12V

Seeing how thin the car is made makes me realize there is not way in hell they are worth what they want for them. 150,000 for aluminum foil. Nope.

Hi. Nice work! Let me ask you, those "reinforcement pieces", you did weld them on the car side trough the holes but did not weld them to a donor piece or camera just did not catch that? usually, its being welded trough the the hole and holes weren't even predrilled... Or welding reinforcement insets to other side just not necessary?

@vtuned garage actually I extracted the CC data and it turns out you only said "go ahead and" 28 times. So that's only 1.75 times per minute on average. I'm sure you can do better!! noburn.infotimedtext?v=gGjX5TPlaD8&asr_langs=de%2Cen%2Ces%2Cfr%2Cit%2Cja%2Cko%2Cnl%2Cpt%2Cru&caps=asr&xorp=true&hl=en-GB&ip=

Very nice work, really good job, i just wonder why not weld the drilled spot welds as well so the frame is durable as factory . Also it is good practice to reinforce the tube as you do, but also drill the both parts and spot weld the or do a pull weld inside of the reinforce part. :))
